Syngenta Lawsuit

In 2013 and 2014 Syngenta released a strain of corn into the U.S. market prior to receiving authorization from the Chinese Government.   The release of this strain, marketed by Syngenta under brand names Agrisure VIPTERA and Agrisure DURACADE, blocked shipments of corn to critical export markets leading to price depression of corn.  As a result, state and federal litigation has commenced against Syngenta.

Who Is Affected?

If you in any way derive your income from the sale, planting, harvest, management, and storage of corn in the last four years, you could be a potential Plaintiff in this matter.  Please call our offices to discuss.
